Web Page Sponsorships
We always welcome sponsorships of the web site and the directory pages. We particularly encourage sponsorship from our advertisers. The service is annual and the cost is based on prominence within the site.
All of the category pages in the Vancouver Island Pink Pages web site may be sponsored, as well as the main page. Your banner advertisement graphic, complete with an active link, will be displayed near the top of your chosen category page. The link can point to a web page or to an e-mail address of your choice. The display of the banner ads on one page will be cyclical. Each banner ad will receive an equal share of visibility. A different banner ad will be displayed each time the page is loaded.
Banner Ad Rates
The rates for banner advertisements are as follows:
category page - $25.00 per year and category
main page - $50.00 per year
Graphic Image Requirements
The banner ad graphic image
must be in .gif or .jpg format, whichever is the smaller-sized file
must be 468 pixels wide and 60 pixels high
must not be animated
The design of the web site is subject to change without notice. While transparent graphic images are acceptable, we cannot guarantee that our background colour will remain constant.
